Notification of changes of disposal of PLASTERBOARD.
As of the 1st April 2009 regulations have been changed by the environment agency banning the land filling of Gypsum waste including plasterboard. This clearly removes the 10% guidelines value previously used. After the
1st April 2009 skips containing plasterboard will be refused. If plasterboard is found on tipping, the skip will be re-filled and returned, involving extra charges. Therefore plasterboard will have to be segregated
separately into specific skips and charged by the weight.
If you have any hazardous waste, plasterboard or electrical equipment that you need to dispose of please call us on 01763 252 080 for advice and information on how we can dispose of this for you.
