Some of you will remember a couple of years back, our good friend and British Champ Sam Tomlinson will be racing in a National Endurance Championship called Britcar, on Saturday 10th August at Snetterton race circuit in East Anglia.
Previously racing a mini, and a lotus, this time he will be racing a Ginetta G55 Supercup car which weighs just over 1,000kg and produces over 350bhp.
The reason for the big race is to raise awareness for his daughter Molly and the charity he is raising money for Addenbrooke’s Charitable Trust (ACT).
After a 113 day struggle in the Neonatal Intensive care unit and a heart operation at Great Ormond Street, with her rare genetic abnormality (4th recorded person in the world to have it!) she sadly passed away on the 20th April this year. He will be sporting the ACT logo (And of course Skip UK) on the car and the race will be covered on Sky Sports to over 14 million people.

Goodluck Sam!! 🤞
